You can't ignore Turkey.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from German Chancellor Angela Merkel speaking about Turkey.

"Turkey, a NATO member, plays a central role for the EU in combating illegal migration. Turkey has big goals and there is a lot of frustration in relations. Although attitudes to key issues are different, you still need to find pragmatic agreements. We must continue to talk to each other. Foreign policy is a mixture of values and interests. Finding the right balance is a big issue here," Merkel said.
