Is there an Azerbaijani citizen detained in Armenia?

In January-June this year, the International Committee of the Red Cross issued 14 letters to people staying abroad and their relatives in Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Ilaha Huseynova, head of the public relations department of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Azerbaijan.

The ICRC official said that search inquiries were collected, processed and shared with the relevant authorities on the basis of information received from the families of the missing.

He added that currently, no one from the organization will visit Armenia.
