Zakharova: Parties should follow the tripartite agreement

Moscow supports strict adherence to all provisions of the trilateral agreement between the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.

"We believe that this will create the necessary conditions for the normalization of Baku-Yerevan relations," she said.
