Putin`s message: They must know the Russian language

Foreigners coming to Russia must know Russian and understand what the country is like.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian President Vladimir Putin during a speech at a meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State.

"We all understand and know how many labour migrants from the CIS countries work in Russia. It is important for you and for us that people have adapted and can easily enter normal life in Russia. It is necessary to know at least Russian and understands what Russia is,” he said.
