Alexander Lukashenko is the head of a network that brings migrants to the European Union.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas.

"Today we will also talk about Belarus. The political situation there is still critical, and human rights are violated on a daily basis. The EU already feels that Lukashenko is using refugees as a tool of pressure on EU countries. "Lukashenko is no different, he is the head of the state network of migrant smuggling," he said.
