Toyvo Klaar is visiting Baku

EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Toivo Klaar is arriving in the South Caucasus.

Axar.az reports that Klaar shared this on his Twitter page.

"I fly to Baku, Tbilisi and Yerevan for meetings. The European Union is working with its partners to bring peace and prosperity to the South Caucasus," he said.
