In Russia-NATO relations, Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has spoiled everything that could be spoiled.

Aaxr.az reports that the statement came from Deputy Chairman of the Committee on International Relations of the Council of the Russian Federation Vladimir Jabarov.

"To be honest, our relations with NATO were at a very low level. Again, our relations with NATO continue to cool to the level of ice," Jabarov said.
