The US: We are interested in stable relations with Moscow

US President Joseph Biden is interested in a stable and measurable relationship with Moscow.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.

"I think President Joseph Biden wants to see any relationship with Russia stable and defined," he said. "This is extremely important for countries like the United States and Russia."
