Russia registers 37,678 coronavirus cases in the past day

Confirmed coronavirus cases in Russia grew by an all-time high of 37,678 in the past 24 hours to 8,205,983.

Axar.az reports citing foreign media that the federal anti-coronavirus crisis centre stated this.

Russia registered all-time highs of coronavirus fatalities for the fifth straight day. Overall, 229,528 people have died of the coronavirus infection in Russia since the start of the pandemic. The mortality rate remained at 2.8%, the latest figures indicate.
