From the beginning of 2021, the debt burden of Russians has increased from 27% to 35%.

Axar.az reports this information was spread by Izvestia newspaper. According to the report, in the first half of this year, the debt of citizens on loans increased by 13.6% to 22.64 trillion rubles.

Tuva (78%), Kalmykia (64%), Udmurtia (50%) and Chuvashia (50%) are among the regions with the largest credit debt. The last places in the list are occupied by Chechnya (13%), Dagestan (11%) and Ingushetia (11%).
