Ukraine has not violated any rules by using a drone in the Donbas.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.

It should be noted that on October 26, the Ukrainian army destroyed the enemy's howitzer in the Donbas for the first time using the "Flagship".
