Time has come to change status quo in Karabakh conflict

The time has come to change the status quo in the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, said Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov.

He made the remarks at a briefing following the talks with OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Foreign Minister of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier in Baku June 30.

Mammadyarov noted that the preservation of the status quo is unacceptable.
