Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on removal of restrictions with regard to Turkey, which was introduced in November last year, Kremlin press service said.


It is noted that the decree comes into force from the day of its official publication.


Today, speaking at a meeting with Russian ambassadors and permanent representatives, Putin stressed that Moscow will soon take action to restore the bilateral cooperation with Ankara.

In turn, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that lifting of sanctions against Turkey will take place in stages.


On the eve of President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to remove administrative constraints in the field of tourism in relation with Turkey.
