"We want a constructive solution to Karabakh conflict"

We want the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to be resolved in a constructive manner, said OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.

Minister of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier at a joint press conference with Azerbaijani FM Elmar Mammadyarov.

He underlined that the OSCE realized that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was dangerous. There is no guarantee about the future of the conflict, Steinmeier said, emphasizing the necessity of using all opportunities to restore peace and solve the dispute.
