Tymoshenko said that Ukraine is on its knees

Kyiv is completely dependent on Moscow and Minsk for electricity.

Axar.az reports the statement came from former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko in her address to the Verkhovna Rada.

"Gas was not refilled, coal was not provided, everything needed for the heating season was not provided, and we were practically brought to our knees," Tymoshenko said.

According to her, Ukraine's energy sector is in a state of emergency.
