The main reason for Armenia's failure to sign a peace agreement with Azerbaijan is the Armenian Diaspora.

Axar.az reports that they don't even know how difficult life is in Armenia, what it means for thousands of soldiers and their families to die"- according to the artist, the Armenian Diaspora should also realize that dragging their country into war is not the end and that Armenia, defeated in the Second Karabakh War, will face greater losses if it does not reconcile with Azerbaijan.

Reza Deghati noted that while Armenia has never taken steps to reconcile with Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan has made efforts to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict peacefully:

"Everyone knows that Azerbaijan has done its best for a peace agreement."
