Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry offers condolences to Russia

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has expressed condolences to the Russian Foreign Ministry over the loss of life and injuries as a result of the accident at the Listvyajnaya mine in the Kemerovo region.

Axar.az reports that the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry shared this on Twitter.

"Our deepest condolences to the people of Russia, the families and friends of those killed in the explosion at the Listvyajnaya mine, and we wish a speedy recovery to all those injured," the statement said.

As a result of the accident at the Listvyajnaya mine, 52 people died and 57 were injured.
