Russian President Vladimir Putin is an expert on keeping tensions in the West.

Axar.az reports this is stated in an article published in Bloomberg.

It is said that Putin does not intend to go to war with Ukraine:

"Putin is an expert on bluffing, keeping Western tensions, as well as pushing relations into the abyss without warning. Putin does not want another war with Ukraine. He must show that he wants to fight against NATO enlargement if it is inevitable. The Kremlin leader sided with those in favor of easing internal tensions.

Putin is also sincere about the lack of intervention plans. "
