Turkey will import gas from Iran via this line

For the first time in December, Turkey will import 5.5 million cubic meters of spot gas per day from the Iran-Gurbulak natural gas pipeline.

Axar.az reports the statement came from the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority.

It is reported that in today's competition, the Oil Refining Center and the Import-Export of Oil Products Company won the right to import a total of 170 million cubic meters of gas from the Iran-Gurbulak natural gas pipeline in December.

Thus, for the first time, Turkey will import gas from the Iran-Gurbulak entry point. The company will start importing from December 1, following the necessary procedures.
