Within the framework of the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) in Ashgabat, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavushoglu.

Axar.az reports that according to the Foreign Ministry's press service, the ministers discussed topical issues of the bilateral cooperation agenda.

The sides exchanged views on the current situation in the region, issues related to the implementation of trilateral statements, the work done by Azerbaijan in the reconstruction process in the liberated territories.

The parties also discussed the successful continuation of cooperation within international organizations and other issues of mutual interest.
