Russian President Vladimir Putin will hold an annual press conference on December 23.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"The number of journalists will be limited to 500 due to coronavirus-related activities. Three PCR tests must be performed to participate. The accreditation service will start contacting the editorial offices today, "a Kremlin spokesman said.

Putin's big press conference has been held annually since 2001.
