NATO's new Strategic Concept will address the alliance's challenges and concerns today, including those related to Russia and terrorism.

Axar.az reports the statement came from US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.

"The last time we - NATO - created a strategic concept was in 2010 when the world looked completely different. Russia was mentioned as a partner, China was not mentioned," Blinken said.

He noted that the new concept will reflect today's problems, not ten years ago.
