If nuclear weapons approach the Russian border

The approach of NATO nuclear weapons east of Germany to Russia's borders would be an emergency, but it all depends on the future development of the situation in Europe.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Gustav Gressel, a leading expert of the Council of Europe.

"Everything will depend on future events. It would be an unusual step, but if Russia decides to occupy Ukraine, it will also be an extraordinary step," Gressel said.
