Azerbaijan buys new military aircraft from Turkey

Azerbaijan has purchased a new Hurkus (Free Bird) aircraft from Turkey for military training.

Axar.az reports that on December 3, Commander of the Air Force of the Azerbaijani Army, Lieutenant General Ramiz Tahirov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkey to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci inspected the plane.

Azerbaijani and Turkish pilots waved the two countries' flags on the plane.

The diplomat shared about the plane on Twitter: "Today we flew Hurkus in Azerbaijan."
