Biden does not want to impose sanctions on Russia

The Biden administration does not want to impose sanctions on Russia, but Washington's decision depends on Moscow.

Axar.az reports the statement came from US Ambassador to Moscow John Sullivan.

"I know from his talks with Putin in June that this is not President Biden's desire to continue sanctions against Russia, but it depends on Russia, the United States, and its allies, on some of the issues that lead to sanctions," Sullivan said.
