The United States plans to donate more than 1.2 billion doses of coronavirus vaccine to other countries by the end of 2022.

The statement came from US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

He said the United States has so far delivered 300 million doses of vaccine, about a third of which has been sent to the Indo-Pacific region.
