Separatist terrorist Avagyan arrested in Russia

Boris Avagyan, one of the "representatives" of the separatist-terrorist riots in the Karabakh region, which was once occupied by Azerbaijan and is now temporarily controlled by Russian peacekeepers, was detained by law enforcement agencies in St. Petersburg.

Axar.az reports that the operation to detain Avagyan was carried out in one of the restaurants in the city.

The investigation revealed that Avagyan organized a criminal group and imported equipment into Russia under the guise of cheap construction materials. The damage caused by the criminal group is estimated at about 1 million rubles.

During his detention, Avagyan visited a restaurant with Igor Oleynikov, the former head of the smuggling department of the Economic Security Service of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).

According to the report, Boris Avagyan was detained once again. However, he escaped from house arrest and took refuge in France. After a while, he came to Armenia and held a "high position".

It should be noted that Avagyan was the deputy director of the "security service" of separatist terrorists.
