We are in close contact with Turkey - Lavrentyev

We are in close contact with our Turkish partners to improve the situation in the north and northwest.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Russia's special envoy to Syria Alexander Lavrentyev.

"The Turkish side has not fulfilled all its obligations, but we see that they want to actively contribute to this process," he said.

Lavrentyev noted that there are preconditions for the implementation of agreements between Turkey and Russia.
