We are tired of the manipulations of the West behind the principles of international law.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Russian President Vladimir Putin.

According to Putin, Western countries are moving thousands of kilometres outside their territories under various pretexts, including to ensure their security:

"When international law and the UN Charter interfere with them, they declare all this outdated and unnecessary. When something suits their interests, they immediately refer to international law, the UN Charter, and international humanitarian law. These manipulations are annoying."
