Will Russia attack? US intelligence does not know

U.S. intelligence does not know whether Russia has decided to go to war with Ukraine.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Jake Sullivan, National Security Advisor to the US President.

"Intelligence is not sure whether Russia intends to conduct military operations in Ukraine," he said.
