I am ready to run in the 2024 presidential election.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Yevgeniy Shevchenko, a member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

"I understand that our country needs to be saved. This is not a wish, but a necessity. I have always planned to have my own party and enter parliament with my own small faction to represent the interests of southeastern Ukraine. The closest to me are Belarusians and Russians - "We are all brothers and under no circumstances should we be hostile to each other, should we not fight, but as always, we should always integrate and befriends as a family," Shevchenko said.
