NATO call to Ankara and Yerevan

NATO supports the normalization of Turkish-Armenian relations, which will contribute to stability in the region.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from NATO Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Central Asia Javier Kolomina on Twitter.

"We call on official Ankara and Yerevan to increase efforts in this direction," Kolomina said.

It should be noted that the first meeting between Turkish Special Envoy Sardar Kilic and Armenian Representative Ruben Rubenyan was held on January 14 in Moscow, Russia.
