Russia has no plans to attack Ukraine.

Axar.az reports this statement was made by the former head of the Investigation Department of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasily Vovk.

"Today, Russia has no intention of waging a full-scale war against Ukraine. However, anything is hypothetically possible, "Vovk said.

He also said that a meeting between Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin is currently impossible.
