Has Sarkissian resigned or been expelled? - Shahnazaryan

The Armenian government is discussing the possibility of restoring the presidential system in the republic.

Axar.az reports that Armenian political scientist, director of the Voskanapat Analytical Center Grant Malik-Shahnazaryan shared these views.

"If the Armenian Prime Minister is fully determined in this step, the resignation of Armen Sarkissian may indicate a process of de facto change in the country's constitution. In other words, in this case, Sarkissian could be forced to resign, " the expert said.
