Putin held talks with the Cuban leader

Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Cuban counterpart Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez had a telephone conversation.

Axar.az infroms that the statement came from the Kremlin's press service.

The two leaders reaffirmed their intention to work closely to strengthen bilateral relations and agreed to intensify contacts at various levels.

The Cuban President thanked his counterpart for the humanitarian assistance, including support in the fight against coronavirus infection.
