The 44-day war is the result of great self-deception.
Axar.az reports that the statement came from Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
"It simply came to our notice then. Our tragedy is the result of great self-deception. We need to look at reality, we need to talk to each other honestly, without hiding anything, " Mirzoyan said.
He added that he did not want to respond to the opposition's criticism of normalization with Turkey and Azerbaijan:
"Let them explain how the negotiations with Turkey have been held or imitated from time to time since the 1990s, and why the public has not been informed about it. I declare everything about the talks in the parliament and other seats. "
Asked how to negotiate with the country, which has killed many servicemen, Mirzoyan said:
"Of course, we have national red lines that we cannot cross. Unfortunately, we are neither the first nor the last country to have a long-running conflict with our neighbours. We are committed to a long-term and stable peace. "
It should be noted that today Armenia marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the army.
