The Nigerian army mistakenly killed 12 civilians

The Nigerian military has mistakenly killed 12 civilians in an airstrike against armed groups on the border with its northern neighbour Niger.

Axar.az informs this was reported by the Turkish media.

It is reported that 4 of the dead were children.

The Nigerian army has launched an operation against armed groups carrying out attacks in the border provinces of Katsina, Sokoto and Zamfara.
