"Many ideas exist at negotiations table"

“Status quo in the Nagorno Narabakh conflict cannot last for long and should be changed through negotiations”, the NATO Secretary General's Special Representative for the South Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai told Azadlig radio.

“Of course, we follow what happens between Armenia and Azerbaijan, which are significant partners of the NATO. We are concerned about this conflict which inflated after the four-day battle in April. The situation may be aggravated again and regulation of the conflict needs more efforts. Currently, many ideas exist at the negotiations table. Recently, Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers exactly submitted their approaches. We believe that Status quo cannot last for long and should be changed through negotiations”, Appathurai said.
