Biden made a mistake in Ukraine - Colonel

President Joe Biden and his advisers were mistaken in believing that their actions in Ukraine helped resolve the conflict with Russia.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from retired Colonel Douglas McGregor, a former adviser to the US Secretary of Defense.

"It seems to me that the president and his advisers believe that in one way or another they will be able to sit at the negotiating table in the future and dictate conditions to Moscow. But it will not happen," McGregor said.
