Offer from Ukraine to Russia on Azovstal

Ukraine has offered to evacuate the severely wounded fighters from Azovstal through a humanitarian corridor and hand over the captured Russians in return.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister for Reintegration of the Occupied Territories of Ukraine Irina Vereshchuk.

"At present, it is impossible to liberate Azovstal by military means. Azovstal defenders do not want to give up. It deserves respect," Vereshchuk said.
