The Russians are still using the airbase hit by Ukraine

It still operates an airbase near the Russian-occupied city of Melitopol.

Axar.az reports that, the US private aerospace company Black Sky has released satellite images.

"The strategic location of the airbase between Kherson and Mariupol and parts of the Donbas increases the importance of this airbase for the Russians. However, the location of the base in the rear of the occupied territories does not guarantee the safety of Russian aircraft, " the statement said.
