The EU will discuss the oil embargo against Russia

EU foreign ministers will discuss the oil embargo against Russia at a meeting on May 16.

Axar.az reports the statement came from EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Joseph Borrell.

"I will present new political speeches to the foreign ministers at the meeting and I am sure that an agreement will be reached. We need this to get rid of our dependence on Russian oil. "The West will increase pressure on Russia through economic sanctions and work to isolate it from the international arena."
