Cavushoghlu's warning to Paris

The responsibility for protecting the missions rests with the host country. We want to see concrete steps by France.

The statement came from Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavushoghlu in connection with the attack on the Turkish Consulate General in Paris.

"We have established the necessary contacts. We have openly expressed our expectations to the French Chargé d'Affaires in Ankara. We reminded them to take the necessary measures to prevent a recurrence of such an attack," Cavushoghlu said.
