Europe must learn the language of power - Borrell

Europe must learn to use the language of power. It is the ability to respond to threats in our own interests.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell.

"This is not only the 'soft power' of the legal system, but also the use of heavy power," Borrell said.

Borrell also called on European countries to take the initiative, form coalitions and look for partners.
