We will return to the negotiations on this condition

Ukraine will return to talks with Russia only after returning all its occupied territories.

Axar.az informs that the statement came from President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky.

"We have to return the whole territory, but we have to pay for it. We want to return it to its previous state before February 24. Then we will sit at the negotiating table," Zelensky said.
