Covid fines were abolished in Moscow

Moscow is suspending fines for coronavirus restrictions.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

City officials also announced that residents, businesses, and legal entities will be compensated for overpaid fines.
