The phone code will soon be a thing of the past

The occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions switch to Russia's "+7" telephone code.

Axar.az reports the statement came from Oleg Kryuchkov, the Crimean leader's adviser on information policy.

"According to the information I have, new telecom operators are already working there. "Ukraine's +380 phone code will soon be a thing of the past," he said.

According to him, mobile packages of new operators have already been put up for sale in Kherson, Melitopol, and Berdyansk.
