The first case of monkeypox was registered in Ireland.

Axar.az reports that this was reported by the Irish Health Service.

It is reported that another person is being investigated for the presence of disease syndromes.

It should be noted that currently the highest incidence of the disease is registered in the UK. In total, 106 people were infected with smallpox in the region.
