Performance and orbital tests of Turkey's new TurkSAT 5B satellite have been successfully completed.

Axar.az reports the satellite, launched on December 19, 2021, will be launched at an event attended by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

It should be noted that the Turksat 5B satellite will serve all major regions of the Middle East, the Persian Gulf, the Red Sea, the Mediterranean, North and East Africa, and Nigeria.
