A peace agreement with Russia is possible only if Ukraine's territorial integrity is restored and Russia is inevitably defeated.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Adviser to the President of Ukraine Mikhail Podolyak.

"In the current situation, a peace agreement is impossible. Today, the cessation of the war means that we refuse to return our people to Ukraine. No one will go to Kharkov, Zaporozhye, Dnepr, Krivoy Rog. Because the citizen of Ukraine understands that the war can start again at any time," he said.

Podolyak added that Ukraine will enter the talks only from a strengthened position.
